Spring! If y’all can’t tell, I am super excited that it is almost Spring! One reason that I love spring, is because that means it is Spring Wine Club time :) Sipping wine (and learning about new wines) while cooking with my Barn Buddies is simply one of my favorite things to do!

In PART ONE of this three part series, the Barn’s resident Beverage Babe, Abby Powell, will teach us all about Oregon Wine Country, the young, but world-class wine scene there, and some delicious Oregon wines!

For this fun series, we are pairing each wine region with a favorite restaurant from that area! We will spend time in the kitchen learning about why each of these restaurants epitomize that state’s cuisine and why the foods from these restaurants pair so beautifully with the wines from these special places.

For PART ONE - OREGON - our menu is inspired from the restaurant Le Pigeon in Portland, OR. Famous for their gutsy French-influenced cuisine, this spot highlights the gorgeous ingredients that the Pacific Northwest cuisine is famous for.

A festive lunch of what we’ve prepared will be served in the Barn dining room.

* If you attend all three Spring Wine Club classes, you can save $20 per class. Please contact me for info on how to book.
